I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO NEGOTIATE WITH SCM REGARDING A SECURED LOAN AGAINST MY HOUSE, I HAVE INFORMED THEM THAT I NOW WORK IN MIDDLE EAST, AND THEY THEN GET PUT ON HOLD UNTILL THEY CUT ME OFF. FINALLY LAST WEEK I GET TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE, WHO TELLS ME THAT SHE HAS SET UP AN AGREEMENT AS OF MIDDLE OF APRIL, I ACCEPT THIS. TO THEN GET A LETTER ON SATURDAY, PROVIDING ME WITH A DD TO MY UK ADDRESS, COMMENCING MIDDLE OF MARCH. TRY TO RING THEM AGAIN TO BE PUT ON HOLD AND THEN CUT OFF, HAS ANYONE GOT AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THESE GUYS SO I ATLEAST PUT IT IN WRITTING.

Write a letter to them, I assume you have their address from any correspondence they have sent you. Make sure you send the letter recorded delivery, or if you are not in the country, email the letter to a contact over here and get them to send it recorded, that way you can prove that you have contacted them with your offers etc.
